Goal
As Vita grew by leaps and bounds, they yearned to create a foundation of vision and values that could be easily shared across their vast organization of 55 facilities. We set out to communicate the organization’s identity in a way that would connect to both the internal team and external residents while reflecting the unique mission and culture.
Creation
Their mission statement acted like a prism that allowed each defining point to shine. A catchy tagline was created as the internal guide post – ‘Care Beyond Compare’. A 100-page internal handbook shared Vita’s differentiators and mission, and a robust pitch deck was crafted to share the company’s milestones with investors. All while marketing materials were created to manifest their identity.
